Light It Up!
Following the events on September 11, 2001 I became increasingly concerned with my safety. As a young adult, I focussed intensely on the media narrative at the time surrounding Islamic Terrorism. In retrospect, I realize that the narrative was predicated on a lie that needed to be told so that the deep state could erect the next section of framework it needed: the Patriot Act.
The Patriot Act gave the Federal Government broad powers to spy on Americans electronically in many new ways. At the time, I didn’t think much about the law that Congress rammed through because I trusted my government to do the right thing. Little did I know, my trust would be betrayed time and time again in the future.
Over the next several years, I purchased my first firearm, graduated college, settled into a career and looked to settle down with a family. In 2009, Barack Obama appeared to have momentum and was eventually declared the winner of the Presidential election. I didn’t realize at the time that I would spend the next eight years getting an education about the Second Amendment and laws like the Patriot Act and Dodd-Frank (related to banking, read the bill!) and spend countless hours defending the right to bear arms. Somewhere in there I also became a follower of Ron Paul and joined the Tea Party Movement.
During the Obama Administration there were several surrogate groups on social media calling for “gun control” laws and policies to be enacted. I don’t want to name them because doing so gives them standing, publicity and makes me a potential target by their billionaire puppet masters. They shall remain unnamed. The point is that I found myself spending a lot of time online with a network of other individuals (who would later become my friends) defending the right to bear arms, debating liberty and developing my own ability to present an argument. I had to research (sometimes for several days) the history of self defense, the writings of the founders and the laws about firearms in order to become knowledgeable on the topic.
When Congress debated an “assault weapons” ban after the Sandy Hook shooting, I voiced my opinions to my representatives and presented a logical, well thought out argument. I tried to be persuasive, to say the least. Thankfully that law did not pass.
None of this would have been possible without the ability to express my opinions freely, without fear of retribution, and to be able to speak my mind however I like. By exercising my right to free speech, I was able to peacefully defend the right to bear arms.
During the time I spent defending the right to bear arms, I spent an unmeasured and untold number of hours exercising free speech. The effort was successful. The billionaires were not able to execute their plan to ram their gun bans through Congress.
In the wake of these failures, the Deep State decided to change it’s approach, instead ramming through a piece of legislation that allows the government and media to propagandize the American Public with no consequence. The Smith-Mundt Modernization Act was passed in 2012. Prior to the change in this law, the United States couldn't wage information wars on the American public. Now it can and it does. Follow the link below to read about this law.

It has become obvious to this author, simply by virtue of my own observations, that the Deep State has changed it’s tactics. It has decided to attack the right to free speech and expression with new vigour.
It was evident during the Presidential Race of 2016 that the mainstream media was engaged in an information war but over the past eight years, that information war has exploded. It isn’t limited to just the United States either. During the covid plandemic, there was mass censorship by the corporate media across the world to censor information about covid or alternative treatments. Alternative media was successful in fighting this tyranny and getting out information but it is still difficult to find unless you know where to look. A concerted narrative was published by mainstream media at the behest of world governments and anything that runs contradictory to this day is still called “misinformation.”
Things weren’t limited to that subject though. Any information running contrary to the official narrative regarding the results of the 2020 elections is also heavily scrutinized and censored. It continues to get worse. Throughout the world, calls for social media censorship are happening. Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, X which was Twitter, and the rest of the social media platforms are targets by governments worldwide. On Saturday, September 7, 2024, Brazil banned access to X, formerly Twitter. Brazilian residents can no longer access the platform under the country’s new law - at least not legally.
Social media platforms that are allowed under oppressive regimes allow those governments unrestricted access to user information, social media posts on those platforms, restrict free speech or they ban anonymous activity. Isn’t it nice to be able to post online anonymously? Some platforms require users to provide sensitive personal information in order to use their platform. This violates user privacy from the start and when that information gets stolen and traded on the black market, user privacy is violated again. I want you to think about the obvious intrusion into your life this poses and then think about how social media platforms bend the knee to government agencies when the information is demanded. Does this not pose as a serious violation and threat to your Fourth and Fifth amendment rights? Think about that for a few Arizona minutes.
In the United Kingdom, officials are discussing how to handle social media posts and free speech. The recent wave of migrant crime followed by a wave of riots by its citizens is being blamed on social media. The UK Online Safety Act is set to take affect next year, giving the government broad powers over online speech. You can read more about that here.
For eight years, I have watched the attacks on free speech become more and more frequent. I’ve watched the White House Press Secretary lie to the American Public, engaging in what’s called, Gaslighting. If free speech was a gallon of gas, she would light it up!
gaslighting
1 of 2
noun
gas·light·ing ˈgas-ˌlī-tiŋ -ˈlī-
1: psychological manipulation of a person usually over an extended period of time that causes the victim to question the validity of their own thoughts, perception of reality, or memories and typically leads to confusion, loss of confidence and self-esteem, uncertainty of one's emotional or mental stability, and a dependency on the perpetrator
2: the act or practice of grossly misleading someone especially for one's own advantage
On September 7, 2024, Peter Doocy asks the White House Press Secretary about Kamala Harris speaking with an accent at a campaign rally. The White House completely gaslights us.
Fox News has a video of Kamala speaking in Michigan and in Pennsylvania. You be the judge. Follow the link below to see her speaking in different accents.

Over the past several months, I’ve been listening to the gaslighting coming out of various government entities. The media will report jobs numbers for example, saying that some number of jobs were added to the economy, only to report the following month that the numbers have been revised down. This is how the media works with official government departments to lie to the public.
Kamala Harris: “A loaf of bread costs 50% more now than of did before the pandemic. Ground beef is up almost 50%.”
In the following video, Harris explains her plan to unleash devastating price controls on us.
What she doesn’t tell the public is that the Biden Administration’s monetary and energy policies are the cause of food inflation. Inflation of the US Dollar is causing everything to go up. This is simple supply side economics. There’s too many dollars in the system and too few goods. Money printing and government spending is the primary cause of this. It isn’t sustainable and the practice needs to end as soon as possible. I know the money printing predates the Biden-Harris Administration, but the current administration has done nothing to curtail it. A Harris Presidency would jack up the printing presses into overdrive. We may already see runaway inflation in our future, but electing Harris would accelelarate the timeline.
The energy policies are also to blame. The Biden Administration’s war on petroleum has driven up gas prices in the United States. Food, whether imported or grown domestically, must be brought to market with a diesel engine in one way or another. When diesel prices go up, food prices go up. Actually, everything goes up. Trucks bring us our goods from the airports, seaports and rail lines. Those trucks run on diesel. When Biden, Kamala, or some other government official omits this information, they are lying by omission and it is a deliberate act. It’s gaslighting.
During the Presidential debate on September 10, 2024, Donald Trump brought up the fact that Haitian immigrants in Springfield, OH are killing birds and people’s pets for food. Kamala Harris laughed at the notion.

This isn’t limited to Springfield, Ohio. The New York post has documented a rise in animal sacrifices in Queens. The story is linked below.

I know I have skipped over a lot of other examples of gaslighting but I simply can’t include it all in this article. President Biden, for example, has been lying to us for years. Writing about his lies and just his lies would take a full time commitment to researching every lie. Writing about them would fill multiple books. I simply can’t do that.
To complicate things further, we’re being gaslit by government officials on multiple levels. Governors of sanctuary states and city councils of sanctuary cities lie to us, stating that everything is fine. For example, city officials in Aurora, CO downplayed the presence of a Venezuelan prison gang in an apartment complex. Aurora, CO is a sanctuary city. Interim Police Chief Heather Morris told Fox News that “gang members have not taken over the complex.” The link to the video of the Chief is below.
Other sources of information suggests otherwise. You decide.

Equally concerning is this post on X by Nick Sortor:
https://x.com/nicksortor/status/1830402398721802724?s=19
When gangs are imported into the country in large numbers and start doing gang like things, that’s very concerning. Most people turn to their local police to handle the problem. However, what happens when the police do nothing? What happens when citizens who desire action by their government ask their government to act but are told that everything is fine or that there is nothing that can be done?
“Houston, we have a problem.”
Make no mistake. When City and Town Councils refuse to act, it is deliberate. When Governors refuse to act, it is deliberate. Inaction is a deliberate choice. When they lie to your face and tell you that what you have seen with your own eyes isn’t happening, they think you are stupid. They disrespect you. They are not afraid of you and they think you will do nothing.
Well, I for one am doing something. I have every intention to push back. First, I am writing this article to call to your attention that this is happening. You should be angry enough about it to join me. Are you? Second, I take to social media to push back, posting my opinions on the matters before us. Third, I speak to friends, family and acquaintances. I don’t debate or argue, but instead, I plant seeds. I too, have changed tactics. Seeds require a little water and sunlight, but under the right conditions, they sprout and eventually grow into mature plants. I plant the seeds and let the deep state do my heavy lifting, setting the conditions of cognitive dissonance that is inevitably broken like a spell at the right time.
All three of these things require the use of speech. The free-flow of ideas, exchanged in one setting or another, without fear of reprisal is absolutely necessary to correct the record and to overcome the gaslighting that is taking place. First Amendment Protected Speech, which can be dangerous at times, is the ONLY way to push back. It threatens any establishment that lies. It is dangerous to those who gaslight us. Truth destroys evil. It is the ONLY way to win. When governments and tyrants threaten the ability to express ideas, it becomes incumbant upon us all to do just that. We must do it MORE. We must speak out in new ways, with new people and in new places. We must not be afraid to speak the truth and we must not be afraid of the consequences for doing it. For if we shrink away from the struggle and the threat before us, we will surely consign ourselves to unimaginable suffering and live out our days in regret. We will wish we had done something when we had the chance.
Now is the time to speak out even more and with bigger and louder voices than before. I encourage you to speak to your friends, family members, neighbors, church members, coworkers and anyone else you encounter. Sow the seeds of liberty and free speech. Nurture them with sprinkles of facts and let them reach inevitable conclusions on their own. If you like, copy the links in this article and show other people the videos I have included. Using our free speech is our best hope to ending the gaslighting and saving the Republic. Now, go forth and destroy evil with Truth. Use the greatest asset you have: your speech.

I will no longer offer paid content or subscriptions through Substack. Articles will be at no cost to readers. I am doing this to streamline and simplify what I do. This will also allow me to focus on writing articles and participate more in live streams. I will be able to contemplate future books and publish them. Since I am a prepper and political activist, I will be able to do more in those arenas as well. Writing articles sometimes takes a bit of research and organizing my thoughts into a coherent structure takes time. Time is fleeting and can’t ever be regained. I consider it priceless. However, I understand that times are tough for people out there. So, here’s my idea. If you gained any sort of value from reading my articles, I ask for a simple return of value whenever you have the opportunity. You can assign whatever value you like and I will remain self-sustaining. No subscriptions, annoying ads from corporate sponsors, and no products to pitch. Simply value for value. I have set up a Give Send Go campaign if you’d like to support what I do. Thank you for reading.
