You Are Not Alone
This article is going to be a little different from the others I’ve written. I want focus on the concept that none of us are alone. I want to focus on this because I think that for many, it’s easy fall into the cycle of thinking and feeling isolated. Daily bombardments of propaganda aimed at demoralizing one’s self esteem may seem constant and never ending. Simply put, evil forces prey on people's minds and emotions but those forces rely on the illusion that they have power over us individually.
In reality, evil does not have any more power than is given to it. If we simply submit to whatever negatively is in our lives at any particular moment, then we are giving it power over our thoughts, feelings and actions. By changing the thought process that granted it power and authority over us in the first place, we can each expel any evil and negativity from our lives.
This is not always an easy task, however, depending on the circumstances. From depression to addiction, anger management to passive aggressive behaviors, people struggle on a daily basis with all types of things while trying to break the cycle. Mastering one’s own cognitive cycle is one of the most difficult things many of us will do in our lives but evil preys on our inability to break these cycles and lures us into reinforcing unhealthy cycles of cognition. That is why we must break them.
What is the Cognitive Cycle?
I’m not a mental health professional and I have no formal training in the subject, but I have lived long enough to learn a few things. The cognitive cycle as I understand it is when a person’s thoughts lead to feelings or emotions and those lead to actions. Actions can lead to more thoughts and emotions, therefore strengthening the cycle. For example, happy thoughts can lead to happy feelings. Feelings of happiness can lead to actions, such as doing something kind for someone. That could be a cycle worth reinforcing and making stronger. Conversely, suicidal thoughts can lead to suicidal emotions and the act of committing suicide. That would be a cycle to break.
Thoughts—>Feelings—>Actions
Breaking the Cycle
Breaking cognitive cycles can happen at any point. It is best, however, to intervene before negative beahviors result from unhealthy and negative emotions. Early intervention before destructive cycles reach their conclusion can prevent violence turned outward or inward. It can help someone find the road to recovery or help them before doing something they regret.
About ten years ago, I read a book entitled, Change Your Brain, Change Your Life, by Dr. Daniell G. Amen. In his book, Dr. Amen links certain regions of the brain and their activities to actions and behaviors. He also discusses how diet, supplements, and cognitive exercises can help us in our daily lives. He reveals how to squash automatic negative thoughts or, ANTs. I won’t give away the book, but the main takeaway is that the conscous and subconscious minds are always active. Thoughts are always entering our minds but we have a choice to believe them to be true or false. If we believe a thought to be false, then we can discard it without further action. If we believe a thought to be true, then we can decide to act further upon it or not as well. Either way, once we realize we have a choice over which of our thoughts to believe, then will we have the ability to be the master of our own minds.
Some Context
When I first read Dr. Amen's book, I was starting on a new path in life. It was during a period when I was going through some tough times and in order to get through the things to come, I needed to work on myself. My ex-wife was in the throws of drug addiction and she wanted a divorce. She started hanging out with a bad crowd and stopped coming home. I was crushed by the grief process and stuck in a cycle of fear and depression.
I felt alone and abandoned. I felt like I lost my partner in life and my best friend and I did. It was rough but with the help of Dr. Amen, I got through it. I broke several cognitive cycles. I slowly pulled myself out of a world of self pity and depression. I began to understand that I am the master and commander of my own mind.
How God Helped Me
I also changed my belief that I was alone. I turned to God and confided in Him. At that time, I was a nonpracticing Christian. I had stopped practicing years prior, despite having a strong faith that started in early childhood. The events in my life caused me to question why I stopped practicing. Being who I am, with the education I have, I asked myself, from where do these negative thoughts come? Do they come from God? If I am conscious, from where does my consciousness come?
I concluded that the Divine Consciousness is the originator of all consciousness. I also concluded that if the former is true, then it is also true that I am not alone. That's when things began to change for the better. Long story short, my life improved little by little over time and I broke many cycles. Most importantly, I didn't do it alone.
How This Ties Into the Fight Agaist the NWO
Each of us finds ourselves in the middle of an information war. The New World Order is wreaking havok on everyone’s lives. There are varing degrees of havok based on geographic location but we’re all under attack. From jobs to jabs, we’re being pinched from the “powers that be.” It’s coming from all directions, BUT we’re still very much in this fight. Thanks to Trump, Lindell, Lake and many others, this is not even close to being over. There are tens of millions of us, like-minded people, in the U.S. alone and counting! On a global scale there are many more.
The globalists and the deep state want us each to feel alone and isolated. They want us divided, fighting among ourselves so that they can conquer us. It’s one of the oldest strategies in the book. They will isolate us financially, politically, emotionally, socially, demographically and by any other means possible. When they try this on us remember, YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
No matter how desperate you feel, you must find a way. No matter how depressed you feel, you must find a way. Now matter how alone you feel, you must find a way. No matter how overwhelmed you feel, you must find a way. You must find a way to break the cycle and realize:
God is with you
I am with you
Your neighbor down the street is with you
There are people with similar problems and emotions like yours all around the world.
You are not alone
There is someone out there willing to help you.
It is common for people to turn to alcohol or drugs in order to escape the stress of a situation. This would indicate a negative cognitive cycle that should be broken. If the globalists achieve their short term and long term goals, then we’re all going to be feeling more stress than usual coming from a lot of different directions. Therefore, alcohol and drug use may skyrocket even further. Resist the urge and lure of substance use and abuse. It is imperative for victory that we all have a clear mind during this fight.
If you’re reading this and you are someone who uses drugs or alcohol, then I encourage you to reach out for help. Take the opportunity to get clean and join me in the fight against the global cabal. For everyone else, use this opportunity to strengthen your healthy cognition and support network. I encourage you to add another like-minded person to your local network. Strengthen your relationship with God. Believe in yourself and others and know that no matter how bad things get in this fight that there are others like you doing the same. Pray daily for all of us, globally, and pray for peace and freedom. We’re all in this fight together and together we can win. Where We Go One, We Go All.
